We’ve identified the problem with OpenSRS timeouts, they have reported an issue also here - http://www.opensrsstatus.com/archives/10082. The issue has been resolved.

We are aware of reports that Shopify admin domain purchases is partially down for some shops. Our operations engineers are looking into it. Sorry for the inconvenience!
